Due to space limitations only a limited number of entries can be accepted.
Vehicles will be accepted on merit, (pictures, description, payment) not on a first come first serve basis.
A portion of each entry fee will be donated to U93’s Roofsit to help in the awareness and prevention of child abuse in Michiana.

Once accepted, you will be notified, and payment must be made in advance in order to attend. You will receive information about acceptance and payment via email. Please make sure your email address is correct on the entry form.

The building will open for setup Friday, March 28th. The regular show hours are 9AM to 7PM Saturday and 9AM-4PM Sunday, (March 29th & 30th)
Exhibitors will be notified with their setup time. You must be setup before 9PM Friday, March 28th unless prior arrangements have been made. If you arrive early, cars will wait in parking lot until scheduled time to keep things moving efficiently. Trailers can be offloaded in parking lot, however must be moved to another location after the vehicle has been removed.
> Trailer parking is available in the Crowe parking lot across the street on Saturday morning.
If you plan on displaying vehicles in a group, you must submit applications for each vehicle together and include group name on applications.
All vehicles must have a quarter or less tank of fuel, the battery disconnected and gas cap locked or taped off in some fashion. Also, please provide a drop cloth, paper, cardboard for underneath your vehicle in case of any type of leak.
Judging will take place before the doors open on Sunday morning. Any questions about final judgements and awards can be asked after the show.
Two passes will be supplied to each entry into the show. Additional passes may be purchased at the door.
